Free Talks, Workshops & Demonstrations

If you wish to be considered to be placed on our workshop / information demonstration timetable offered throughout the day then please provide us with your details. You will be contacted & offered a time slot if available.

Payment

The event is currently FREE to stall holders. However, to protect our interests and to ensure that the event runs we do require stall holders to agree to a penalty payment of £100 if the stallholder fails to attend without giving two weeks notice prior to the event.

Terms & Conditions

General Terms

  1. Stands will be allocated by the Fayre Organiser in the interest of ensuring that the event will be a balanced one.
  2. The organiser reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor without giving reason as to why.
  3. The sharing of a pitch is only permitted with prior agreement.
  4. Bookings are accepted on the basis of the description of the products and services outlined on the booking form. Any deviation from the description must be agreed with the event organiser. Organisers reserve the right to request any materials or services not listed on the descriptor to be removed or stopped. This is to ensure conflicts of interest are at a minimum.

Insurance, Health & Safety

  1. Each Stand Holder, Exhibitor and each individual persons delivering treatments is responsible for their own insurance to cover public liability, goods & services. NO RESPONSIBILITY will be accepted by the organisation, Leeds Thomas Danby College or its employees for any claims made against any products, services, damage or loss of goods to exhibitor materials, equipment or stock.
  2. The boundaries of the stand are the limit & extent for each exhibitor: no goods, materials, furniture are permitted to block aisles, doorways, fire escapes.
  3. All electrical equipment must no exceed an output of 3 Amps. All equipment must be currently checked and meet EEC regulations. Cables must be taped down & secured.
  4. All exhibitors must act with consideration for other exhibitors and visitors at all times.
  5. No insence burners, candles or aromatherapy burners may be used.

Marketing Materials

  1. A copy of your business material, proposals and intensions for the event must be given to the event organiser in order to ensure the events professional image is maintained.
  2. There will be an opportunity for you to place a marketing leaflet in a designated area in the entrance of the Fayre. All other materials must be confined to the boundaries of your pitch.
  3. A Fayre leaflet will be produced. Please advise the event organiser if you wish for your business ‘logo’. You are responsible for providing an electronic copy of your logo to the event organiser if this is something that you would like to be included in.

Exhibitor Badges

  1. An exhibitors badge must be worn at all times by the exhibitors.

Organisation of the Day

  1. After unloading vehicles should be removed to the venues car park so as not to restrict access to the event.
  2. The event times are 10am till 5pm. Setting up and Closing down should not be after 10am or before 5pm.
  3. Access to the event will be available from 8.15am
